All of our properties are graded into categories with the terms for each shown on the property details.  No VAT is payable on any of the properties.  All properties are of residential design for all the year round living.  We can assure you that our properties offer good value with everything supplied except for sheets, pillowcases, table cloths, towels, cleaning and toilet requisites.  (See booking form for linen hire service if required).  Our properties are well maintained, clean, comfortable and are either personally supervised by ourselves or under the close control of the owner which will ensure you have a holiday to remember. 

Each property has been personally inspected, is fully self-contained and includes Colour T.V., carpets, electric or gas fires and a fully equipped kitchen comprising of full size cooker, fridge, kettle, cupboards and ample work surfaces, unless otherwise stated   

The terms for each property are devised on a combination of the following points but basically the larger the property the higher the rent.  However the district, market value, décor, furnishings, car parking and views all have a bearing on the terms.  We recommend that before you book your holiday, if you have any elderly, infirm, handicapped or disabled person in your party please check the suitability of your choice.  Please also note that most of the cottage properties by their very nature have narrow or awkward staircases.  Provisional bookings by telephone are held for 3 days to allow for postage of deposit.  Note:-  All properties are covered by our 7 days a week call out service, i.e. electrics, plumbing and T.V. faults, also loss of keys.  This service is covered by our booking fee.  Please do not hesitate to telephone if more information is required.  We look forward to hearing from you.
